Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your ReyAI account and everything in it at any time. There is no charge, you do not have to give a reason, and you do not need the app installed to make the request.

How to request deletion

Email support@reyai.in with the subject Delete my account.
Send it from the email address your ReyAI account uses, and include the mobile number on the account. This is the only way we can be sure the request is really from you — otherwise anyone could delete somebody else's listings.
If we cannot match the request to an account, we will write back and ask — we will never delete an account we are not certain about.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Your listings and any live listing pages stay online until you ask us to remove them.

What happens, and when

Within 3 working days

We reply to confirm we have your request, and tell you if we need anything else to verify it.

Within 30 days

Your account and the data listed below are deleted from our live systems. Any published listing pages stop working at this point.

Within 90 days

Your data also ages out of our encrypted backups, which are kept on a rolling schedule and cannot be edited individually.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account, a reel, or a listing after it has been deleted, so please download anything you want to keep before you write to us.

What gets deleted

Account details

Your name, email address, mobile number, login, and notification settings.

Listings

Every listing you created, its details and generated copy, and any public listing page, which stops loading.

Reels and videos

Every reel, every rendered version of it, and the voiceovers generated for it.

Photos and uploads

Property photos, floor plans, gallery images, your logo and headshot, and the enhanced versions we generated from them.

Brochures and kits

Generated PDF brochures and social media kits.

Leads

Buyer enquiries captured from your listing pages, including the names and phone numbers those buyers left for you.

Brand kit

Your saved company name, brand colour, contact number, logo and headshot.

Messages

WhatsApp conversations between you and ReyAI, and the notifications we sent you.

Usage records

Your credit history, activity records, and any error reports tied to your account.

Voice recordings are already gone. When you dictate property details, the recording is turned into text and deleted straight away — including when the transcription fails. There is never an audio file of yours for us to delete later.

What we keep, and why

Two things outlive the account. We keep them because we are required to, not because they are useful to us.

Payment records

Invoices and transaction records for payments you made — the amount, date, plan and billing status. Indian tax and company law require a business to keep its books of account, and we cannot delete these on request. We never held your full card number or bank credentials; those stay with our payment provider, Razorpay.

Anonymous statistics

Counts and aggregates that no longer identify you or your properties — for example, how many reels were generated in a month. These carry no personal data and are not linked back to you.

If there is an unresolved dispute, a payment chargeback, or a legal obligation that applies to your account, we may need to keep the specific records relevant to it until it is closed. If that applies to you, we will tell you what we are keeping and why when we reply.

Deleting part of your data instead

You do not have to delete everything. From your dashboard you can delete an individual listing or reel at any time, and unpublish a listing page so it stops being visible while you keep the listing itself.

If you want something narrower removed — one property, your logo, a particular set of photos — email the same address and say what you want gone.
