For Builders & Developers
Your project is ready. Your marketing is three weeks away.
Every unit gets a cinematic reel, a brochure and a live page on launch day — and every enquiry routes back to whoever sourced it.
Equip a hundred channel partners on day one, each with their own branded assets, and settle who sourced which enquiry before the first dispute.

The three moments
From launch day to the last unit
On launch day
The building is finished and the marketing is a fortnight behind it. Every week a tower sits unlaunched is a week of interest on money already spent, and the collateral is usually the last thing to arrive because it is the only part that needs a brief, a revision round and someone else's calendar. Upload each typology and the launch kit exists the same afternoon — reel, brochure and a live page per unit, in the languages your buyers actually speak.
Arming the channel
A hundred channel partners with one shared PDF is a hundred partners posting the same asset and arguing about who the enquiry belonged to. Give each of them their own branded reel and their own link instead, so the marketing carries their name and the enquiry routes back to whoever sourced it — settled at the point of capture rather than at the end of the month.
Through the inventory
The last few units are always the hardest to sell and the least worth a new campaign. They cost nothing to re-cut here: a fresh reel for a floor that is not moving, in a different language, on the same afternoon you decide to try.
Versus an agency
What a launch usually costs in time.
| An agency | ReyAI | |
|---|---|---|
| Turnaround | Weeks, per round | Same day |
| A second typology | A new brief and a new quote | Another upload |
| A change on launch morning | Not realistically | Re-run it |
| Channel partner assets | One set, shared | Branded per partner |
| Who owns the enquiry | Wherever the asset was posted | Routed to whoever sourced it |
Based on the general model of commissioning launch collateral from an agency: a brief, a revision cycle and a per-deliverable quote. Not a claim about any particular agency.
FAQ
Questions from builders & developers.
Yes, and that is the intended shape. A 2BHK, a 3BHK and a penthouse are three different pitches to three different buyers; each gets its own reel, brochure and page.
